To get started, we ask that applicants have a minimum of two years of experience working with children ages two to six years of age. We prefer a background in progressive education teaching in Montessori, Reggio-Emilia, or strong child-directed, positive instruction in preschool. You must have a fingerprints on file with the State of Texas, current Infants-Child CPR/ First Aid, and three employment references.
