Wait List Application

Thank you for your interest in joining The Olive Tree community. Please fill out the following information to place your child on our wait list.
  • Date must be in the mm/dd/yyyy format. For example, 01/01/2012.

  • Write SAME if similar to above listed address.
  • Please choose an option that might work for your family. Early arrival is from 7:30-8:30 AM. After-school classes are from 3:00- 6:00 pm. Included in this schedule are our special classes: Kundalini Yoga with DeLora, Music class, and Spanish.
    The wait list fee is due within 60 days of submitting the online form.
    As of February 18, 2012, our average wait list time is running 19-22 months long.
  • The electronic signature signifies that you have completed and understand the wait list form. Please type your name in lieu of signature.
